Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order, kindly do so within 12 hours of placement, as we initiate shipping within this timeframe. You can cancel by emailing us at  info@autoglow.co.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 9268761860 between 9 AM and 5 PM (Monday to Saturday). We’ll promptly cancel the order from our end. Upon cancellation, you’ll receive an SMS confirming the cancellation. Please note that orders cannot be canceled beyond 12 hours from placement.

Return & Refund Policy:

We offer a hassle-free return policy for dissatisfied customers, provided the product remains unused and the packaging is intact. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us with an image or video of the product, and we will process your return request.

Steps to Return a Product: To initiate a return, visit the “Contact Us” section at the bottom of the page, where you can either call our customer care representatives or email us at info@autoglow.co.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9268761860. Our 7-day return policy begins from the product’s delivery date, as confirmed by our courier partners.

All refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the product at our warehouse, subject to a product inspection.

Note: Liquid items are not eligible for return. In the event of liquid items being damaged during transit, we will replace such items upon submission of video and image proof.
